Accession certificate
the cost of the auditor to the extent provided for in these Rules;
the final assessment of the Board of Auditors;
coordination of the process;
dissemination of the procedure/ informing the public;
professional evaluation and
accession certificate award ceremony
Advanced certificate
Two annual assessments of the applicant's situation;
Coordinating and evaluating the whole process;
A final audit;
Organising one thematic expert meeting per year for two people (12 fees over three years);
Professional evaluation and dissemination of the process;
Public award ceremony.
I. The cost of obtaining the accession certificate

The costs are in EUR and do not include tax.
The cost of obtaining the Accession Certificate must be paid by the applicant before the start of the procedure.
If the certification body, together with the auditor, assesses that the large number of staff or the diversity of the applicant's work processes requires several parallel procedures, the applicant shall bear the costs of any additional procedures. Any additional audit days requested by the applicant shall be considered as additional workload and shall be charged separately to the applicant.
II. Cost of certification of additional areas
The cost of certifying an additional area is EUR 2,000.00 excluding VAT. If the company certifies more than one additional area, the cost of certifying each additional area is EUR 1,000.00 excluding VAT.
All additional consulting days requested by the applicant are considered as additional consulting services and will be billed to the applicant separately.
III. The cost of obtaining the advanced certificate
The cost of obtaining the advanced certificate depends on the number of certification areas:

The cost payment dynamics are spread over the entire implementation period and must be completed at least 10 months before the final audit. The cost payment dynamics are as follows:
- first payment is due within 15 days of signing the Advanced Certificate contract
- first payment is due within 14 months of signing the Advanced Certificate contract
- first payment is due within 26 months of signing the Advanced Certificate contract
The cost of obtaining the certificate increases by 20% for each additional area of certification, and is due to paid within 15 days of signing the contract.
