5 steps to become a socially responsible employer

The five steps of certification:

 

STEP 1

Apply for certification

You can find the application documentation on our webpage, which you can fill in and send to our address.

STEP 2

We will contact you

Once we have received the application documentation, a member of staff from the Ekvilib Institute will contact you to discuss the next steps.

STEP 3

We will analyse your current situation in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility

Through an introductory questionnaire and a personal interview, we will find out the actual state of CSR in your organisation and the activities you are already carrying out in this area.

STEP 4

Together, we will prepare a roadmap for your socially responsible journey

Together with your auditor, you will decide on a plan of action, based on the analysis, to define your own corporate social responsibility path.

STEP 5

You will become a certified socially responsible employer

Once you have successfully implemented the core actions and prepared an implementation plan, you will receive the Basic Socially Responsible Employer Certificate. We will then continue to follow you on your CSR journey, up to the higher levels of certification.
